Jolted News uses an automated E-mail Scheduler to help with just that. After creating the email campaign, it can be sent now or can be scheduled to send at any time in the future using Jolted News' built-in scheduling wizard.
Personalize Your Autoresponder Messages - Include custom field values (such as subscribers first name) in both the subject line and content of your autoresponder email messages.
